A refreshing summer cocktail that blends the rich, oaky warmth of Reposado Tequila with bright citrus and herbal notes, evoking the perfect balance of sunshine and a cool, ocean breeze.
Ingredients:
- Reposado Tequila (2 oz) – Smooth and complex, with hints of vanilla and caramel.
- Fresh Grapefruit Juice (1 oz) – Adds a crisp, citrusy brightness.
- Lime Juice (0.75 oz) – A touch of acidity to enhance the flavors.
- Honey Syrup (0.5 oz) – A natural, floral sweetness.
- Elderflower Liqueur (0.5 oz) – Adds a light, aromatic floral note.
- Dash of Sea Salt – Enhances the citrus and tequila’s depth.
- Sparkling Yuzu Soda (top-up) – For a slightly fizzy, exotic finish.
Garnish:
- Dehydrated Citrus Wheel 🍊 – Adds elegance and enhances aroma.

Instructions:
